Better off going to Georgetown Social Services. It may be getting better but they won't tell you what you do qualify for, they will denigh you if you ask for the wrong program. Such as. If you are pregnant you MUST ask for medicaide for pregnant women. Don't just ask for medicaide. They won't tell you that but I will. Many things are available but if you don't know they won't tell.
