Today we called again, only to be told that our mattress was still not in, and only the owner could figure out where the truck was. The owner, apparently, was "out on a family emergency". What kind of business relies solely on the owner to track orders? I've experienced nothing but professionalism and a lack of regard for clientele at Sleep Cheap. We will no longer be doing business there, and if you like prompt, friendly service, you probably shouldn't either.
Edit: It has been over a month since we placed the order, still no bed. We never get a call back or a voicemail, after the associate says they will call back by the end of the day. We have been given five or six different ETAs now, and now it's apparently "Thursday, maybe Friday". We've been offered pillows and a mattress topper, and free delivery, but have been informed that we cannot receive a refund, because in our financing contract, "special orders" (meaning they had to order it instead of selling from the floor) are non-refundable.
Ordered my bed paid for it on the spot OCT 6 a took a month too get my bed then it gets delivered and its just a metal rail with my box and mattress said my bed was still on order yet its already been a month! Now still no bed I will be calling for a refund tomorrow! Nov 15th still no bed!
Horrible experiences at this place. Got $2500 worth of merchandise with sleep cheap. The living room set is horrible. Had it replaced. They were fine with doing that since it broke twice before that. Now within a month the same thing has happened. I called. Been getting the run around for 8 months with these people. Took me going there to speak to someone. They offered me another product at an outrageous price. Claim to be a family business. It’s really sad that they are not looking out for customers.
I had excellent service from both the owner and one of her employees. A very good deal for a name brand king mattress and bed frame!

We were initially told that the bed would arrive in 7-10 business days. We have been waiting for our bed for 3 weeks. The first time I called to figure out where it was, after the 10 day period, the salesperson informed us that the truck was delayed and that it would be another 7-10 business days, making it so that our first payment would be made before we even received our mattress!
