They are the most unprofessional company Ive ever dealt with, the owner's son hurls insults and resorts to name calling when questioned about his company's business practice. Please do not use this company, there are many others out there with better ratings. Owners son doesn't even know how to read his own contract, instead hangs up on you.

Terrible experience, and would warn others to steer clear. Hired Accurate to do some extensive crawlspace work (vapor barrier, dehumidifier, sump pump, and insulation) at our vacation home, where we do not live full-time to supervise. Initial estimate and interaction was great. I was told the job would take 3 days to complete.

After the 3rd day, I called to ask if the job was finished. I was told yes, and received the invoice in the mail two days later. Turns out, they had only dropped off a few materials at the house and hadn't even started. After continually harassing the project manager, the work was finally done 6 WEEKS later. I called the general manager to express my frustration, and he refused to accept any responsibility. He told me I was lying about the original quote of 3 days. He did not accept any responsibility for his subcontractors who failed to show up and complete the job. He couldn't have cared less about the portion of the job that was done unsatisfactorily, and had to be re-done at my insistence.

I have asked them several times through an email not to spray my windows, yet it keep happening over and over. The tech that used to do the spraying NEVER sprayed our windows but the guy was here this morning soaked them!! Now, I have to clean all my windows AGAIN! This is probably going to be the last time they do our pest control. I am tired of rewashing our windows every time! We have been a loyal, good paying customer for a long time but that is about to come to an end!

I would never, ever recommend Accurate and will certainly never hire them again. Avoid at all costs!

Inaccurate Pest Control is more like it. Cheaper is not better in this case. Pay more for efficient service. You will be glad you did.

Have an attorney review any contract with this company before you sign and make sure that if the company causes you to cancel the contract, you get a refund for services not provided. Delaware BBB gives this company an "A+" rating. Read the 11 complaints before you sign with this company; and my complaint was not posted by BBB. After four years with this company, I contacted the owner because of an issue with a new technician. I asked that the technician who usually comes to perform my annual termite inspection and monitoring services come and that the new technician not be allowed to return to my property. The owner sent the same technician and was abusive to me over the phone. I cancelled our contract and sent two letters attempting to arrange a date and time for the company to remove their termite system. I have a large area that is fenced in; and I stressed that I have to be here to open the gate. The owner sent the same technician to my property without notifying me; and the technician placed cinder blocks on both sides of my locked gate and climbed over the gate to enter the secured area. I was home; however, I was not aware that the technician was on my property. I consider this trespassing; however, the owner claims to the Delaware BBB and the Delaware Consumer Protection Unit that: "I simply do not see where the customer was violated". He now claims that because I cancelled the contract--because of his conduct--that he doesn't have to return the annual contract fee, even though his company has not provided services covered in the contract. He claims to the BBB and the Consumer Protection Unit that he will reinstall the termite system and monitor it in March 2018 "at no charge" (I have already paid for this) without any understanding of why I would never allow his company on my property under any circumstances.
