My visit was with Kristi Nichols and she was especially considerate of my financial situation, she saw that I didn't have insurance and had paid the full $125 just to get the appointment and worked over the phone with the pharmacy to get the meds down to just 4 and 6 dollars. She also appreciated how much discomfort I was in (strep throat) and treated me quickly, I don't think I was in there for even an hour.
Request anyone other than the man. I believe his name is Mark. He should not be working with anything woman related. Extremely incompetent. The only word that comes to mind is ignorance. Unfortunately he is the only doctor I've seen there the past two times. So I will not return to this location.
I would happily recommend this place, in fact I already have, and I'll certainly return if I ever have the need to.
This place is a joke, they treat stabbing, disabling pain with PMS medication, What a waste of money, they are failures as medical professionals. So not use the jokers.
Great staff . Nice and atmosphere . My new place to go cause me and my daughter's doctor is in Seaford so this is closer . And better
The male there, Mark, totally useless....will not be back unless someone else is available
This was probably the best experience I've ever had with an urgent care service, not only was the building itself nice and much neater than other places but the staff I interacted with was just amazing. Especially considering I arrived near the end of the day, everyone was very attentive and positive.
