Never had a bad experience here. I go every weekend for the pretzels at Auntie Anne's and I'm always happy with them. The food court also has good food and customer service is always good.
Dirty along with bad food and service, do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else. Parking lot is very rough with many holes dangerous for people who have difficulty walking.
Pricy. For its selections. Can get food cheeper at local pizza shops
Would be nice if all venders were open every day
