Picked out a sofa on 12/3. Salesperson needed to check with distribution for availability. Was told he would call on 12/6 with update. After no call from salesperson, called him on 12/13. He had no info and we were told he would get info and call us. As of 12/23 still no call or info. I guess it will show up some day. As a past customer very disappointed.
Our experience with Nicole Daniels was wonderful. Nicole approached us upon arriving, asked us what we were looking for, pointed us in the right direction and was courteous enough to let us look around on our own. However, we had lots of questions and she was visible whenever we needed her. We then used her expertise to purchase our new furniture, she took the time necessary, and we were very happy with our decisions. Once we left the store we were in contact with Nicole with some follow-up questions and another addition to our purchase. Nicole made our experience very enjoyable..
We had a great experience getting furniture for our new second home. I had picked out what I wanted on their website before going to the store, except for a sofa and mattress. Turned out that when we were shown the tables I had picked out, they were set up with the perfect sofa for us, saving a lot of time. We needed to get on the road back home and so we quickly picked out a mattress on the advice of our salesman, Gabe. I later had reservations about that, but Gabe kindly and patiently got more info for me about the mattress and assured me it was a great mattress at a very good price. We are very pleased with all the furniture we purchased at Johnny’s. Gabe was very quick pricing things out for us and the financing process was quick. We were able to make the 4 hour trip home before dark. All but the sofa arrived in their warehouse sooner than expected. Delivery and setup went smoothly and the men were very careful and did an excellent job. Still waiting on the sofa, but Gabe has kept communication open. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Gabe & Johnny Janosik’s to anyone.
Pleasantly pleased by my experience at Johnny Janosik - the salesperson, Laura, was friendly and available, very knowledgeable, but left us alone - no pressure, no "sales-y" chitty-chat. And she was even easy to find when we had some questions! The store has a huge variety, as we anticipated from the size of the place, but also a nice variety in price levels. Everything was handled beautifully, from the greeting at the door to the checkout process.
My mother, brother and I went here to purchase a new couch for my father who just went through surgery. Tina L. was amazing! She is so considerate, caring and personable. She listened to exactly what we needed and got us it quicker than the previously expected ship date. I recommend anyone who goes here to ask for her.
