However the front desk girl April, is very rude. When I had left a few years back Dawn had said I could use them as a reference so I did, and when my previous employer called apparently April was very rude, and told them not to hire me and slammed the phone down.
They should be ashamed of themselves taking advantage of an elderly woman.

We always have a great experience at Dr. T's office. Katie and Dawn clean my children's teeth, make them feel comfortable and are totally professional.
Place has the rudest front desk I ever encountered! I would never recommend this place. I called because I wanted a new Dentist .
My 81 year old mother went with a tooth ache, after xrays and $140.00 she was told to go to an Endodontist that they recommended for a root canal which she did, she was told she wouldn't need a crown. She was told to go back to this Dentist and get a permanent filling, when she called to make the appointment they wouldn't do the filling until she got another xray and exam then make another appointment for the filling. If they don't trust the Endodontist the recommended to do the root canal correctly why do they recommend that Endodontist. She told them she just wanted the filling, when she went in they told her she needed a crown.
They were helpful and empathetic. My first visit was detailed and thorough. They explained what I needed and why i needed it. My teeth are now better looking and they feel better! Great place!
Dawn the Hygienist was one of the best managers I ever worked for.
